HOME EQUITY LENDING COMMITTEE


CBA's Home Equity Committee promotes the exchange of information and ideas relating to mortgage secured loans and lines of credit.

The committee helps CBA shape policy by providing input to CBA's government relations team on regulations and legislation that will impact home equity lending products.

Two primary goals of the committee are development of content for the annual gathering of professionals from the home equity lending sector and collection and analysis of home equity lending data. The 2011 home equity track of CBA LIVE will be held June 12-14 in Orlando, Florida.

New research developed in partnership with Icon Advisory will provide competitive volume analytics and will be originations focused. The target launch for this new project is the 4th quarter of 2009.
