Pre-conference Registration Closes at 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 8, 2013. Please register prior to that time to receive the registration rates listed below. After March 8, you will need to register onsite at CBA LIVE upon your arrival. Registration fees increase by $100 onsite.

*Group discount for 15 or more attendees is available to CBA Members ONLY. You may register online to receive the group discount. CBA reviews all online registrations and will adjust your rate accordingly. You will be notified by email before any rates are adjusted.
**One-Day rate is the same for members and non-members. Please use the Attendee Registration Form above and write in "One-Day Rate," indicating which day you plan to attend.
Cancellation Policy
Full registration fee minus a $350 administrative fee will be refunded if request is postmarked by February 22, 2013. After February 22, no refunds will be provided. To cancel your registration, please email Tammy Morgan. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time at no charge.
Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration
All exhibitors and sponsors attending CBA LIVE must register by filling out a registration form below and submitting to CBA prior to the conference. You may transfer your registration at any time.
Hotel Information
The JW Marriott Desert Ridge is located in Phoenix, Arizona about 25 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (about a 35 minute drive). A block of discounted rooms is available for CBA program participants until February 15, 2013. After February 15, reservations are subject to availability. The rate is $279 single/double. To make your reservations by phone, call the JW Marriott at 1-800-835-6206 and mention you are with CBA to obtain the discounted rate. Please reserve your hotel rooms early as the hotel block fills up quickly.
